HP Printer Bid Notice

Selling by Sealed Bids HP Laser Jet Pro MFP Multifunction Printer

Notice is hereby given that the Auglaize Board of Trustees will accept sealed bids for the sale of the following used equipment.

Item: HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M428fdw (The township received the printer in 2019) Description: Black & White Laser Multifunction Printer

Condition: Sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS,” with no warranties, express or implied.

Viewing: The printer may be inspected at the Fire Dept. by appointment prior to the meeting on March 23rd; call the fiscal officer at 419-393-2628.

Sealed Bid Submission: Sealed bids may be submitted to the Office of the Township Fiscal Officer, 22490 Road 178, Oakwood, OH 45873, no later than 6:00 PM on March 23rd. Or the bid may be submitted to a trustee prior to the 7:00 PM meeting on the 23rd of March.

• All bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked: "SEALED BID – HP PRINTER" on the outside.

• Each bid must contain the name, address, and phone number of the person/entity submitting the bid.

• The bid must include the total price offered.

Bid Opening: Bids will be opened and tabulated at the regular Board of Trustees meeting on March 23, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Auglaize Fire Dept. 21050 St. Rte. 637 Defiance, OH 43512

Terms of Sale: The property will be sold to the highest bidder. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bidding. The successful bidder must pay for and remove the printer within 5 days of notification.
